Shipping Rates and Information:
- Orders are shipped 1 – 2 business days after the order is placed, depending on what time the order was placed.
- Attention Rush Orders: All orders necessitating a same day shipment must be placed before 12 PM EST. Orders placed online after 12 PM EST will be shipped out the following business day with the originally selected shipping option. If you need a product shipped out between 12PM EST and 3PM EST please call a Personal ID Solutions representative to assist you at 1-800-743-6863.
Domestic Shipping Options:
- $17.50 – FedEx 2Day®: 2 business days
- $7.50 – FedEx Ground®: 1-7 business days, based on distance to the destination
- $2.95 – USPS Priority Mail® : 1-3 Business Days: Delivery arrival is typically by the end of the 3rd business day. Post Office orders will ship within 1 business day unless there is a stock issue. Personal ID Solutions, LLC will not be held responsible for packages lost or damaged using this shipping method.
Refunds Policy
Personal ID Solutions, LLC guarantees all products to arrive to the customer in working order and in compliance with manufacturer specifications. Any product delivered to the customer not meeting the aforementioned criteria are eligible for replacement, no questions asked, up to 30 days after the item was received.

Terms of Returns
All returns must be approved by a Personal ID Solutions, LLC employee and a Return Merchandise Authorization replacement.
Refunds
In the circumstance that a product cannot be replaced, Personal ID Solutions, LLC can issue a refund for the price of the product. This refund can only be issued if Personal ID Solutions, LLC cannot replace the product with the exact product, or one of equal price and specification.
If a customer does not desire a replacement, they can return the defective product for a refund of the product’s purchase price, a 15% restocking fee applies.
Open item returns for a refund will incur a mandatory 15% restocking fee.
Order Cancellations
Canceling an order must be done over the phone with a Personal ID Solutions, LLC representative. At that time, he or she will walk you through the cancellation process.
If an order is canceled after the item has already shipped or refused without speaking to a customer service rep, a refund will be issued upon the return of the package and all costs Personal ID Solutions, LLC incurs in shipping and returning the order plus a situational 5% restocking fee will be subtracted from the total amount refunded to the customers account.
