Once you submit the information below you will be contacted shortly, usually within 24 hours, via email and or telephone by a Fingerprints customer service representative. The representative will first contact the owner and then reach out to you for recovery arrangements.

Typically, the owner can pick up the item at a desk or other public place, or the operator will arrange a courier to come and take the item back to its owner. All at no cost to you. Your identity will not be shared with the owner unless you give permission.
